Thanks 112! I now hav the link, so i could return, whenever i want to. Thanks again.
is there a way to actually download the whole archive from that website? or can someone possibly upload it to dropbox or something? I really want a copy.
I thought I'd never hear that again! I've just spent three hours on that site listening! It's a wonderful late birthday present! Thanks for sharing! *warm smile*
Hi. No, you have to individually download everything. But, there are things, that are certainly werth looking at, like this red dwarf thing, and other surprises that i will not give awai. Hope that helps,...
Is this the same Dectalk stuff that used to be hosted on The Million Web?
Thanks! I've missed this stuff.
the link is broken
Hi monkey999,
The website doesn't exist anymore. The archive is now in a BitTorrent Sync folder.
The secret to it is:
BFQETEL6FG4ERS3NAGHE2BXR6VMEWC7NH
If you don't have it already, you can download BitTorrent Sync here, and you can download the NVDA add-on for BitTorrent Sync to be more accecible here.
Please write back here, when you've downloaded the files, so I can remove them from My Dropbox.
Best regards:
Aksel Christoffersen
Idonloaded all of the files but how to conect to a bt sink folder?
Here is what to do.
First of all, if you use NVDA, I'll strongly recoment you install the NVDA add-on first. To do that, just run NVDA, and then run the add-on.
Then, to install the program, run the exe-file, and follow the instructions, which usually just is something like pressing next 3 or 4 times. But, if I remember it corectly, there is some problems with accepting the policies, when using screen readers, and I can't remember how to get around it. So if you are blind and using screen reader, you may need sited help to get past it.
Anyway, when the program is installed, run it, and select, add folder. Then, in the first textbox, enter the secret, that I sent you in post 11, or just copy-paste it. Then, navigate to the browse button, and select it. Here, you'll have to select a folder to save the content in. I'll recoment that you create a new folder somewhewre and use it. When all that is done, click OK, and the folder will start downloading. In the list-view, you'll see your connected folders, and how big they are so fare. This folder is about 1.9 GB, so just wait, until it reaches 1.9 GB and stops with 1153 files.

very thanks, I downloaded it and its very nice
How big is the folder, could someone maybe just upload it in a compressed format to Dropbox or something? I'd really appreciate it... And I would also continue to host it my self, at least for quite a while.
I've really been wanting to revisit some of my old favorites!
If your able, than you could also batch convert to MP3 Lame 160KBPS stereo or even .ogg 128KBPS stereo, they both sound fine and it'd help majorly in reducing the size.
If it wouldn't fit in DB than sync.com would probably fit it quite easily, it's a very accessible service and you can get up to 7GB free without any effort.
BT Sync, at least the version we still use, is old and has some incredibly annoying sync loss issues... Not to mention that indexing can take for ever. So I don't use it if I don't have to.
There is resilio sync, but yeah I still don't find it super convenient to use BT sync.
