Well, some time ago, someone posted an audio about how bad Sam is and saying bad things about him, so, it was removed imediately, and that is good, but other videos like this if they are for sure, but only for sure propaganda and things like that, they should be removed.
But in rest, I really like the website.
The difference, Assault is Youtube has a hell of a lot of people who have to go through more content than they can ever manage, which is why Youtube relies so much on filters and on automatic systems. Anyaudio is a much, MUCH smaller site than Youtube in terms of scale and content. THere aren't 500 billion hours of audio uploaded daily as it is with Youtube. Also no, Youtube does in fact take reporting seriously, anyone remember the advertizer freakout over ads being put on Isis videos? Videos that by the way were later removed?
Point is. Youtube has its flaws...but Youtube also has systems in place to deal with shit like this. Sam doesn't. And his lack of a terms and conditions policy legally means let's say anyone under 13 in the US can't use the site, anyone can upload anything? Yeah that's a legal nightmare waiting to happen. Youtube has deals with TV and music companies, Sam doesn't. If I upload, say, an audio described TV show and it gets smacked with a DMCA takedown notice, Sam legally has to remove the content promptly. If he doesn't....yeah that's not good for him.

Jace Cae's post was very informative. You can read all about the DMCA and what it means here. In short, if Sam does get a DMCA notice (since he's the owner of the website) he is legally required to remove it immediately, no questions asked. There are no buts. And if he doesn't... well, considering he's underage, a copyright lawsuit would affect his parents as well as him, not just him. And his parents would also be less than thrilled with him.
Well they have to have a catchy little tune I would imagine, that and their speeches about being a patriot and being close to god, you expose anyone to that enough and they'll be begging to join your merry little band of murderers, lol.
If you're gonna chop people's heads off, at least do it to people who deserve it. Dealers in child pornography, rapists, pedophiles, mass murderers. I'd go and watch someone get beheaded if their crime was serious, like I don't care if you're a teen or not, you know better than to go into a school and start shooting up the place, they catch you, if they're found guilty, and I mean guilty by our system of due process and juris prudence, then yeah, take 'em out back and wack off with the head and I'll gladly watch. Corporal punishment for capital crimes works, don't throw it out, use it.
Sorry but no song no matter how catchy and well performed could influence me into going into a venue and murdering a bunch of unarmed defenceless kids. You have to believe entirely in the cause. And also have to say that hacking someone's head off in front of a bunch of gawkers as a punishment has no place in modern times. We've moved on, and I don't want to attend any torture sessions no matter who's on the receiving end. Torture is sadistic and evil and doesn't become suddenly noble because the person deserves it.
@Sam, perhaps you could setup a small moderators team to help monitoring the website. When people uploading things, there should be a contents approval system to helps prevent spammers and the like.
Or maybe (that's what you don't want but It's my opinion) You can call google and adquire the service to them as an audio only version of Youtube.
