Hi Everyone.
As you know, I've been working on Brain Station, but have been quiet for an extended amount of time. I thought I'd take a moment and explain what's up.
Around the middle of March I was hospitalized for about ten days. I will not go in to the particular details of why since it's rather personal, but needless to say it was not a fun time. The end result is that I was put on some pretty strong medicine which my body is still adjusting to. It tends to make me tired and foggy. Coding to say the least has been almost impossible.
I'm hoping that by the middle to end of April I'll be back to working on code, but I just don't know. Meds may have to be adjusted which can be a long process.
I still plan on releasing Brain Station, but I don't have a time table at this moment.
I just want to let the community know that. 1. I'm perfectly okay, and 2. I haven't forgotten about you guys. I still have games to make, and I plan on getting them done.

Liam

@1
Sorry to hear of your circumstances, but glad you're recovering.  Also appreciate the update and certainly respect your idea of it'll be done when it's done.  Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Yikes. I saw little bits about that on Twitter, but didn't know how bad it actually was. Hopefully your body adjusts to that medicine soon.

Hope you get better soon Liam. Agreed with everyone else, take all the time you need, no rush. We can wait.

Unlike every one else I can't wait for Brain Station to be released, but I can wait for you to take all the time you need or want to get better first. Your health and well being is way more important than any game.

Here's wishing that you are feeling like your self real soon.

All the best.

The game is not that important now, the important thing now is your health. I wish you a speedy recovery, and thank you very much for this update. As for the game, it'll be released when it's released, it doesn't matter now but to recover your health and we all wish you this.
Take care of yourself, and I wish you a good luck.

Kind regards!

Hi Liam.

I'm really sorry to hear you've not been well and medication is proving a pain. I do hope things get stabilised and that the medication is actually doing its job and dealing with said problem if you've got to go through so much nastiness. I certainly sympathise myself from personal experience since I've definitely been in the position of having medication that interferes with creative projects before and that state is far from fun.

At the same time I will freely admit that yes, I'm looking forward to Brain station, particularly since I think it is something Mrs. dark and I will enjoy together whenever it is released, your games are always loads of fun and very playable, indeed I replayed superliam quite recently just for fun, and its really awesome Lworks is still up and developing after so many years.

Sorry to hear this Liam. Hope all is going well. The game is just the game, but more important thing is health.

Thanks to all the replies you guys left. I really appreciate it, and here's to hoping I get back on my feet sooner than later. Both figuratively and literally. All I do now is sleep a lot.

Hi Liam.
I wish you the best. Just take your time to hopefully fully recover, don't forget to enjoy the life with friends and family and just work on the game when you have the time and energy to do so.

Best regards SLJ.

Hey Liam.
Don't worry about the game, the important thing now is Your Health. Feel better soon. Wish you all the best,
