I believe he is going to wait it out until everyone gets their pm's in, if I'm not mistaken. Techdog already sent his, so 14 down, 6 to go.

with the exception of Techdog who's email has just been submited, and those who have yet to claim their prize, everyone else has, according to Joseph, been registered and validated. If you have any further questions, concerns or problems, please let us know. I'll keep notifying as much as I can on this topic; thank you all for your patience and cooperation!
I have a big problem with ahc: I can't log in into it. I created my password and entered it, but the game tells me that I have no permission to play ahc? Any ideas what I can do?
You're more than welcome; I assume you two at least, are gaming away now; someone once told me that there comes a point in time where no news is good news. :d
I hope everyone else who has sent in their email addresses reads this and trys it out soonish and reports back with anything worth mentioning; if you don't I'll assume you're all playing as well, and I'll turn my attention to my own quests and other such things in progress! Woohoo!
@border1, thank you for posting. Unfortunately, this is more or less out of my hands now. My first suggestion would be to email [email protected] and relate your problem to them; if you fail to receive any assistance I'll poke a little further and see what I can do.
lol if it makes you feel any better, I can't play right now either; I'm not sure if something is going on with the server at present but I'm getting no option to start playing but rather to unlock the game. when I try to unlock I'm told my credentials are invalid. I've emailed Joseph and am waiting to see what we get back in response.
@Nocturnus: Joseph solved my problem successfully. Now I am able to play ahc.
Hey all, apologies to those of you who had to wait for your copies. I had a bit of a communication breakdown. Hopefully everyone who has their copy is enjoying it now—and congratulations to all the new heroes! I know this has been said so many times before, but seeing the community come together which such generosity and goodwill is truly inspiring. And knowing that we had a hand in inspiring this kind of response is so humbling. Thank you all for continuing to make the story of AHC so incredibly special!

I got the E-Mail and successfully downloaded and unlocked the game.
I have a question now: If I somehow loose the game (e.g if something happens to my Computer), can the download link in the E-Mail I got still be used?
Just curious.
