Hi,

Quick question, smile

Does the plate launcher really only require 5 tech? I went to equip it when following BlindNinja's walkthrough, and it says it requires 10 tech.

As a side note, which was sorta funny IMO... in 1-2, after staying in the main hall to get enough points to level tech and HP, I went to kill the lamps in the warehouse. Now here is the funny but weird thing. Yes, I got hit by the first lamp, which got me down to 8 health. When I went to hit the second lamp with the plate launcher, I got hit again, which, of course, killed me... When I went back to 1-2 and looked at my stats, it said I only had 5 tech, but was still able to equip the plate launcher, hence part of the confusion.

Thanks in advance for any clarification, big_smile

When I said 5 tech I was using the actual Japanese in game text as a reference, so I'm not sure what happened there.

@BlindNinja and others,

Yes, this is officially weird. This even happened to my friend Michelle, who goes by miss_michelle34Q on here. I think it really takes 10 tech, but that is strange that if you put points in tech to make it 10 and then die in 1-2, you come back with only 5 tech and can use the plate launcher.

Well, I wondered if I would have to make another topic but I finally prefer posting this question here, especially since there are so many topics about BK3 already. Does anyone know how I can find any BK3 (or even BK1 or 2) audio walkthroughs I could have missed? For BK3, I listened to the ones from Nyanchan, Liam Erven, Jake B, Ke7zum and the few streams from PG13. For BK2, I listened to the one from Nyanchan. I also have the BK1 walkthrough from Mr. Brunete.
So, any info on how to find the ones I may have missed? I found a thread with a BT Sync folder with game recordings, but I didn't manage to run a windows service for some reason. Now I want to try again, but I can't find back the thread.
So, is there another way or something?

I thought Cary did a full walkthrough, but not sure if it's still available on her Dropbox. It was over 1 GB.

Yes, I heard a lot about her and that she did one or two walkthroughs on the game (and possibly one on BK2) but could never here anything of it. Maybe there isn't any trace of it on the Internet anymore, unfortunately.

I asked her if she still had the file on Twitter. Hopefully she does.

hi blindninja:
Thank you for your walkthrough. I just have 1 problem:
To get the gravity killer: I tried killing the battleship on 20-4 with the dial set to 3, but nothing happend. I see no gravity killer. Am I doing something wrong?

What mode are you playing on?
Edit: Never mind, 3 does not work, the weapon adviser lies. Use one of the other two numbers.

@Nyanchan: Thanks a lot! And thanks to Cary for uploading it again.
@Bryan: I had to set the dial to 5 for the gravity killer to be dropped, maybe you should try.

Yeah I tested it right after that post, 3 at this current time does not work.

So I've returned to this game after a very long hiatus. I'm currently playing the game for YouTube and trying to complete it for the first time. I'm stuck on 21-2. How do I get past the wall at 198, 0? I tried using the small boxes to climb up, but the camera spots me and I can't run anywhere because the ceiling is too low and I can't hook onto things.

@blindninja thanks a lot. I will try that next time I play. I was playing on the no future difficulty.
@chris: there may be a way for you to actually destroy the cameras. It's an easy way out, but if you have a powerful enough weapon, it is possible. Try making the tripple yoyo for example. That might do it. I think you need metal and 3 yoyos. I'm not sure where you get the metal from, however. I don't remember what number to set the dial to to get it.

What dial are you talking about? I have no idea. Did I miss a secret area somewhere? I wouldn't mind having a really powerful weapon. These cameras are wearing down my sanity!

in 18-3, if you land, you will find a dial that you can turn. I believe it goes from like 0 to 10. Then, if you go back to 18-2 and land, stuff will start falling for you to pick up. You can spend as much time as you want collecting stuff in there. I don't remember what the best number for getting metal is though, but that is where you get a lot of the items to make all these secret weapons.

@Chris, you get past the wall by climbing the ladder at 150, all the way up. The same thing happened to me, I assumed the ladder only lead up to the platform at 10, but it goes much higher.

2017-12-01 17:01:35

The best way to find items to craft metal is setting the dial to 7, 8 or 9 and then land in 18-2.

2017-12-01 20:53:05

Hi, I love this game! It is one of the best games I have ever played. Just a few questions, this first one is directed at the developer or anyone who knows. How many weapons, in total, does the game have? Secret and non-secret weapons. Also, are there any mini games in this game? Two more questions, will version to ever be released? And if so, what will be different. Lastly, what do you do  in stage 3.1? Where do you go?

Hopefully, we'll get a fully accessible open world game someday.

2017-12-01 21:09:36 (edited by Chris 2017-12-01 21:10:57)

I've been playing with the dial and found that setting it to 7, 8 or 9 seems to give me the exact same set of items. How does this work? Is there a range of numbers that gives you items from one group? I couldn't find any metal pieces.
I next set the dial to 4 and found a whole bunch of new stuff. So is the pattern as follows?
1-3 = first group, 4-6 = second group, and 7-9 = third and last group?

You have to climb up and down the ladders in stage 3-1. You have to do this in order to get past the walls which block your path.
I'll give 21-2 another shot in a little while. Thanks for the tip about the ladder.

Hi RTt Entertainment,

as Long as I counted correctly, there should be 141 weapons in total. Most of them are very similar to eachothr, but nevertheless this game is a beast as far as weaponry is concerned.
It's a pitty that you don't Need any of those weapons if you build up your Spirit sword properly. Well, at least during the first playthrough you don't have it smile

2017-12-01 23:31:37

@chris:
you won't find metal, but you can go craft it from the crafting shop. It's under collections I believe. You can craft it with the things you got from setting the dial to 7 8 or 9. The tripple yoyo is a great weapon to have and will really help you out I think.

What is the password for the door at the end of 21-3? I spent close to an hour navigating through that hellhole just to find a password protected door which launched bombs and killed me. I'm beyond furious, and that's putting it as politely as I possibly can right now.

The password is the same as it was in stage 17-3... to put it plainly plotwise, you're going back to the same place you were then.
