I recently discovered this app for iOS which allows you to play gamebooks. There working on their own gamebook creation software (which is going to be drag and drop, so it probably won't be accessible), but for the moment they're accepting Twine games for submission.
The only way it differs from Twine is that it uses buttons instead of links.
