Greetings all. Sensors should be back in operation fully again with my newly working scan by types system. In addition, their's now a new feature to the error handler. If i'm online, the error handler will report any errors you guys cause directly to me, with additional info on where the error happened. Thus, if you cause an error and i'm online, you can assume i've seen it and will get to it. If it persists after a few days, assume I wasn't online to see it or mist it and report it again.

Hello, I couldn't see any toggle autopilot or set flight corse and stuff like that! Are they been added to the game yet?

They've been in the game all along, but you probably baught the mercury class mining freighter which doesn't have it. Their is the solar class mining freighter for 100 credits that you can get that has autopilot and doesn't have manual pilot, but at the cost of extremely reduced cargo space.

So, I know about the error handler...but I just found a giant bug.

Created a new char. Made a custom ship, went to sell it, Everything came up and I misclicked, hit Earth, it sold it.

I think I just broke everything slightly....and I can apparently with this bug sell other people's ships and get the creds for it. I smell a problem here. Actually I smell a bigger issue with Earth accidentally being sold....not entirely my fault, I expected a 'you do not own this' error message, but no....

So, ya, I just fucked the miners over....my bad, I was going for my custom ship, I just doomed humanity....lol. Ah yer all doomed anyhow though so...

Also to add to this bug it apparently keeps the area of Earth but not tied launching to see if it really did wipe Earth off the map...which I'm both laughing about the stupidity of it and now afraid I royally broke the entire game by a simple misclick and hitting enter on the wrong thing....welp, that tops my accidentally formatting a development office's entire network for dumbest thing in the past 4 years then...

Just had this happen on my Raven Kattalakis char.

I was mining in the starter ship. I got up to 20,900 credits, and went to sell my ship and get the miner. Problem was. I couldn't move at all, so I went to reload the client thinking it was a map issue.

When I went to log back in, I got told your character has suffered a gruesome fate and has been deleted. So I went to remake him, and it said that character already exists.

Any help, guys? I'm not mad about the lost credits, I can earn those back, more the sudden and random death for no reason at all I'm mystified by and account bug as well

Greetings all. I've just fixt a glitch that would on ocaysion cause an error when exitting anything other than a ship, earth for instance. @draco The only time your character should be deleted like that is if the area your in some how got destroyed, unless I made an error someware. Do you think you could pass me the name of the ship you were on? I'll have a look.

Danny, Ship that Raven was on is Unforgiven  which still exists on Earth

EDIT: Bunch more stuff:

Cuddley stated he couldn't land on Earth as it had nowhere to land. Stealthy and I both kept getting reset to the initial room.

I was mining asteroids and landed, left the Unforiven to sell it and get my mining ship and I ended up in a  1 step space, logged out/back in, and it was as if Earth had got deleted or delinnked somehow. Not the only one to run into it though with issues with Earth

Greetings all. For those who have lost players but can't recreate them, their is now a way to restore your progress, via the new link a player to your account option. And, i'll be roling out the next update in a bit, which will sport quite a few bug fixes, such as that pesky trying to exit and it freezing glitch, also while i'm not entirely sure weather its fully gone or not, that annoying map loading glitch that would cause the game to freeze when you moved from a planetary location to your ship. I'm also intraducing starsystems back into the games code, which means that each system will now work on a scale of 1000000 by 1000000 by 1000000 in all directions. Once I finish it off you'll be able to jump between systems. I'll also be intraducing space combat very soon.

Here you guys go. The newest update adds the long awaited improvements you've asked for, including the following. *Doors, if not in the same room as you, will not play their sounds. *Cargo lifts, if not in the same room with you, will not play their sounds. *Objects that are in different rooms of yours, if the door to that room is closed, will be muffled, unmuffling when you open the door. *Not sure if I fully fixt this, but the game should no longer freeze when tranzissioning between maps, such as boarding your ship from earth for instance. *Implemented lockers and ammoclips for offline play, though online play will be getting this stuff shortly. *Implemented event that'll get fired when you press space in online mode for weapons, only if you have any. Ground weapons should come to the online mode very soon. Do you get any errors when attempting to walk or after pressing enter. Also what type of system are you using. For those who downloaded the update when I released it, i've uploaded a patch for the viewer. The viewer should now properly navigate you to doors, airlocks, and cargo lifts.

I get no errors. It just plays the sounds and room ambiance. My system is a windows 10 machine with a 500 GB hard drive and 16 GB of ram.

Greetings all! At long last, /skills and /achievements are implemented. You can get an easy 5 skill points if you gain the first flight achievement when you launch your ship, which you can use to upgrade different skills. Tracking objects is now implemented, but layter today i'm going to be releasing an update that'll give you a key to stop tracking your current object. The way it works is like this. Go under manual pilot and press t. Select the type of object, then select the object. You will be tracking. Press t to get the direction you need to turn followed by how far you need to climb or descend. For manual pilot, i've fixt an error that would prevent it from activating if you were standing far enough away from the console. I'm intending to revamp the controls of turning and climbing/descending to be a bit more user friendly, at the moment they're not. Oh, and, since z coordinates were effecting autopilot, with the acception of if your zheading is 90 or -90, i've restored moving x y and z coordinates to the way they were before, this should stop autopilot from needing you to reduce engine power. Enjoy.
