the only game that has different tracks that I know of is Tekken 3. Tekken 4 and 5 all had the same soundtrack... and I agree with this game. there are only a few tracks that I really like in this game.

Indeed, Tekken 4 and 5 didn't have arranged soundtracks because the arcade versions ran on DVD, so there was probably no point getting an arranged soundtrack for the console version. At least I checked, for games from the PS1 era it seems there are both arcade and arranged tracks. What makes it difficult to use in my opinion is that you have to choose tracks depending of stages instead of characters. And the soundtracks that were made to change dynamically between rounds, such as Tekken 3's arcade sountrack and Tekken 4's, probably don't, but to me that's a detail anyway.

Well, as far as I remember, Tekken tag onwards did away with character themes and just stuck to stage ones. And this game lets yu assign tracks for menus as well as stages where applicable. But it definitely isn't the easiest to use.
