I only did that the first time when I thought it was originally necessary. not using it anymore. 
It's probably worth noting that you might have to try a couple times (I'm guessing you did.) Also thought I saw a post earlier explaining this, but you don't have to bind a roll if you're just making an account. It's a shame that the server seems so inconsistent for a lot of people. Oh well...
Locale Emulator isn't the problem. I use it off and on and can log in either way.
I can't get the game to sign in either. The game gives me a network error, then quits. Sometimes it takes a minute or so, other times it quits right after I try to sign in.
If the game detects too much lag it will boot you, I guess as a safety measure.
for the people what have problem of network apnormale with character creation, try using a other email. I make that and worked for me.
I'm trying to download the game but it says the file was removed.
how can I get this game the download link says that it is unavailable. Also do I need any NVDA addons to start playing. Also any advice for a first time player. Sorry but I will have many questions.

I managed to clear the roll, create a new one and didn't bind it this time.
But just like the others I keep on getting abnormal network. I don't see what would e-mail have to do with anything at all?

@Kratos: It actually isn't really high experience, it's only 1.5 times. So that means you'll be earning regular experience, plus half of what you would have earned. So if you earned 100 experience per battle, you'd be earning 150. Really high experience is only for members.
You can use the experience card by just pressing F with it selected.

Yes, teheres a way for english speakers to donate, view the game server update log, press shift home and then scroll down with end
