No. You control the camera by using the right analog stick like when you're looking around. Please note that you can't hear how the camera moves by listening to the sounds. So, you need to move the camera exactly like when looking around, and ignore the camera sound.
Oh, now I remember something in the beginning of the game, where you have to press a button to use the camera. I don't remember which button you have to press, but I think it's one of the l or r buttons.

Sorry, I don't remember. But normally, you have to press x to interact with things, and triangle to look at things. So x should work. Try to move the camera forward while keep pressing x. I remember this being quite simple, but I don't remember exactly what to do.

I don't remember where to look in the first chapter, but yes, you have to look around by using the right analog stick while pressing x. The camera parts are very tough and needs extremely much patience.

Is a controller expensive in your country? They are very cheep to get here, but it might be different in other countries.

All of their games works with any controller, however it's a bit weird especially in a QTE that requires you to press the trigger button

2 things to say here:
first, finally, I've just figured out on why my controller is quite strange, that is, usually in any menu, X is confirm and circle is back, but instead, square is confirm and the X button is back. so actually, my PS4 controller thinks that I am using an Xbox 360 controller, so I installed a program which allows a PS4 controller to emulate an Xbox 360 controller which is called DS4 windows.
and secondly, for the game itself. first, into game of thrones: I've just rescued rodric, and now I am at the second chapter. after the music plays, I don't know what to do.
any tips on this? and secondly, for minecraft. I've just made some more progress, and the good thing is I've just completed my second crafting section, which is to craft a slime blocks. it took me more than 20 minutes for crafting things for us, but if you are patience enough you'll craft it successfully and get what you need.

update: for tales of the borderlands, now I got to play as fiona, and right now I am at the part after going in to the room with a very loud music, I walk around and suddenly I find sasha and she says that I must speak with august about the vault key and search for liddia straus.
suddenly, 2 man comes, which is tommy and tector, who is trading something with august. after they gone, I was asked where is liddia straus, but in that choice, I just press X and fiona says that she is that person. after that, august shoots a gun at the radio, turning off the music and he shoot some people. after that the business between fiona, sasha and august is starting.
