Hi all...
Why some Part of the applications is not compatible with screen readers? whereas in the applications should write the English language that can be read by screen readers such as open, close, and others

Some applications don't make use of standard controls, rely heavily on graphical interfaces that screen readers can't normally access, and don't provide a way for screen readers to access information with any sort of API. That's just some of many reasons. Open, close, etc, are normally accessible because they're part of the menu bar.
