It looks like I might have to downgrade my iTunesa nd for once, it's not an accessibility issue.
I'm using windows 7 64 bit. HOwever, we can't seem to launch the latest version of iTunes. My Dad says the hourglass just appears, and the menus like file, edit and such, don't do anything. NVDA just says blank. So basically, nothing is usable even with sighted help.
Can anyone recommend a version that works with iTunes store and is accessible, that might be worth downgrading to? Also, how to know which iTUnes library file to use, because I have a feeling it's going to give me the error about the iTUnes library being created with a newer version of iTunes.
Do you also think this issue could be fixed in the future?
