It's working with NVDA with JGT addon. You can try the trial version where most of the functionality is locked. The full game costs 3000 yens so it's not that much.
Hope you will like this arcadish fantasy style sim.

Nope, it's from MM so japanese but game works just fine with GT. 
Could you give us some more details, please? Judging by the name of this game, it seems having some Fantasy elements. Am I wrong?

hi guys! I've set up my jgt account but it doesn't work. I've done the short cuts that 2 short cuts I mean hotkeys the help says but there is no way to use it on dreamy train. what to do

anyways, I think there's a bug for musics and sounds, but that's not a big deel

Does anyone know where the save data is stored? When I end up buying the game when worldwide transactions are supported, I'd like to probably start over from scratch.

I am unable to run this program. I installed the JGT addon and everything with that worked. I have an account with them. When I try to run the program a dialogue in Japanese pops up. I only hear the startup sound which is the galaxy labs company identification.

The game cannot be bought without a Japanese bank account at the moment. The developer is setting up PayPal, but he is also stating that the sales support will be in Japanese only.
I've already ordered the game and waiting for a reply from the dev.
3000 yen is about 26 USD(Calculated as 1 USD = 114 JPY).

This installer takes 27 mb ins size.
I have tried to download this installed alot of times but he same think happens.
The game records the shortest time for each area, and measures scores based on something like how perfect you stopped your train.
The installer should be around 127 MB, so it's very likely that the file is corrupted
Unfortunate we can't buy this game without a Japanese bank account. Enjoyed the demo very much! Still waiting to hear back on my offer to help translate Shadow Line into English.
I am wrong it is 127 in size but i have portable version of this game from my friend and it works but installer womt works for me

If you have a problem with translating some text messages you need to install applocale or locale emulator.
If you have windows higher than windows 7 you need locale emulator.
Also the best solution is clipcopy addion for nvda for copying text to clipboard.
For me it works, and it looks great.
