here is the menu and inventory guide, sorry everyone, i forgot to change language, but i've done my best to translate as acurately as posible. here we go!.
menu guide, pc verssion.
note: i'm using an xbox360 controller, so, when i said press a, i'm referring to the button a in the xbox controller. then, following a /, i put the corresponding ps3 / ps4 button.

I don't have the exact options for keyboard and joystic configuration.
reset to default doesn't need any explanation.
lets continue with the main menu.
*credits: shows the credits.
statistics: shows your stats, enemies killed, items used...
extras:
*gallery.
*videos.
inside gallery, you can find a selection of images for each character, you change characters with rb or r1, i think.
videos.
this lets you view all the cutscenes you've unlocked. when you enter, you will apear on the timeline. in 2012. rb or r1 changes to 2013.
go down once, you will be possitioned on leon. down is chris, down is jake, and finally ada.
left and right changes videos.
example: i want to see leon's cutscenes. i enter videos, then i go down once. but leon has no events in 2012. so, i press "rb" to go to 2013, and then, a / x to play the scenes.
example 2: i want to see chris' scenes. i enter videos, go down twice, and then i can press a / x to play. but wait, if i play the first scene of chris & piers, i'll start viewing the chapter 2 scenes. this is because the timeline starts in 2012, you remember? and chapter 2 is a flashback chapter, in 2012. but chapter 1 takes place in 2013.
now, lets go back to the main menu again.
play options.
*campaigns.
*medals.
*other.
campaigns menu.
*continue game.
*select chapter.
*join game.
*edit.
if you choose the option select chapter, you will be pressented with these options. note: to advance a screen, press a / x.
first screen:
*difficulty: amateur, normal, beteran, professional, hell. default is normal.
screen: normal, split. default is normal.
second screen:
select your character for the current campaign.
third screen:
note: when you go to the third screen, the cursor will be on the option "start game". go down once to go to the first option of the menu.
*conection type: online, offline. default is online.
co-op: on, off, friends only. default is off.
*location? world, country. default is world.
*objective: i want to have fun, i want to play seriously, i want to get medals, i want to know the story, i want to get emblems, and something about participating in events. default is i want to have fun.
*friendly fire: on/off, default is off.
*infinite ammo: on/off, default is off. a coment from my friend to all of you: of course i suppose everyone will keep this option turned off!
now seriously, about this option: if you turn this on, nothing will happen. that's because you need to unlock and then purchase the indibidual infinite skill for a particular weapon, for example, unlock and buy the infinite pistol skill to have unlimited ammo for the pistol.
*agent hunt: on/off. default is off.
*start game.
important: if you choose select chapter, you must select a campaign. leon, chris, jake, ada, prelude.
press a / x and you will be presented with a list of chapters. up and down selects a chapter, left and right select a specific part of it. you can't play a chapter you haven't unlocked.
press x, and now you will be on the three screens mentioned above.
if you select continue game, you will be presented with the first, and then the third screens of the three mentioned above. i mean, you can't select a character nor increase the difficulty in the first screen if you use this option. however, you can lower the difficulty.
continuing with the play main options.
medals: here, you can view the medals you get for doing certain tasks in the game.
other.
here, you have these options:
*agent hunt.
*the mercenaries.
*the mercenaries - no mercy, also known as unlimited mercenaries.
*survivors.
*onslaught.
*predator.
*siege.
the mercenaries menu.
*1 player.
*create two player game.
*join two player game.
screen: normal, split. default is normal.
*edit.
*records.
note: this same menu applies for the mercenaries - no mercy.
if we enter the mercenaries, and then to the 1 player option, we have 2 screens:
the first one is for selecting the stage, and the last one is for selecting a character.
Now, lets check the inventory.
inside the game, press triangle or y to go to the inventory.
i'll try to describe this as best as i can, feel free to correct me.
you have two tabs. the first one is for your ammo, healing items and secondary weapons, like grenades, bombs, and so on.
important!. no matter in which order you pick up items, the items will always be shorted in the following way.
healing items. green erbs, then red erbs.
9mm or any other handgun ammo.
shotgun ammo.
sniper rifle ammo.
assault rifle ammo.
magnum ammo.
grenade launcher ammo.
crossbow ammo?
secondary weapons, like explosives, grenades, bombs.
healing items take one slot each, unless you combine erbs. in that case, the combined mixture will take only one slot.
first aid sprays take one slot each.
once you mix the erbs into pills, they don't use any inventory slot. the character stores the pills in a different case, and the maximum amount of pills you can carry is 17, i think.
each ammo type as a maximum capacity for inventory slot. i don't have the exact values, but for example, assault rifle ammo has a maximum capacity of 60 bullets for inventory slot, and that is ridiculous. this kind of ammo can fill up your inventory very quickly.
on the contrary, the maximum capacity for handgun ammo is 150 bullets per inventory slot.
if you press x / square over an erb, and you have another one, the cursor will be automatically placed on the second erb. press x / square again to combine them.
the game will always choose the best possible combination for you when you press x / square. if we have two green erbs and one red erb, if we press x / square, the cursor will be put automatically on the red erb, combining the maximum amount of pills. the other green erb, will be left alone.
if we press a / x on a erb, or a mix, press a / x again to mix it or them into pills.
if you press a / x on any type of ammo, you have the option to discard the ammo for the current inventory slot. press a / x again to select discard, then left and a / x to discard the ammo.
if you press rb or r1 on your joystic, you will go to the second tab.
here, you can see the slots for your weapons. first, you have your horizontal slots, then the vertical ones.
the vertical slots are for the secondary weapons.
here, you can change possitions of weapons, but i never used it, really. it is not necessary imo, and i think you can't discard weapons. why, anyway?.
if you press back or select or touchpad during gameplay, you will have these options:
*resume game.
*start game from last checkpoint.
*view scores for the other player.
*change game settings.
*equip skills.
*quit game.
note: the way these options are presented depends on the character, these options are displayed on a smartphone, and each character as a different one. but you have the same options, regardless of how they are presented to you.
That's all for now, please feel free to correct any gramar or any other errors you find in this writing.
