I've written an experimental NVDA appModule addon for QTranslate application. Although QTranslate has decent accessibility, some controls in it's main window are not labeled properly, which makes it confusing to some users. Please try it and tell me if I have to change some labels as well as what I can add as an additional feature if possible.
