I have played Steam's version of MK on my old PC over a year ago.  I seemed to have lost my info to log on, and I much don't feel like paying Valve a $20 fee for a game I got on sale 75% off.

Has anyone played the CD version of MK Komplete Edition or the 2011 edition on PC?  I'm contemplating playing the game straight from the disc instead of redownloading Steam and wasting all that space just to play.
