It doesn't seem to be working. I tried translating something in English to Spanish after changing the settings to no such luck.

Hello folks. No clue about what can be happening. Just tested it again right now, and it worked. The only thing I can't get to work is the protalker english addon.

Ah. Now that I know what you need it for, then well, there is QTranslate. I know it may not be ideal, but it is the best solution I can think of.

This was meant to only be a temporary fix, I literally just changed the python packaged used to translate to Goslate.
This probably won't work due to Google Translate's API changes. I recommend the JGT NVDA Addon instead for anything game related.

No problem. tried to install it a few days ago. you have to use OCR to install it.
Jgt is awesome, but I need IT for translating texts, not in English as well like French, Spanish etc languages that I don't speak. So that's why I really need this addon, I wasn't using it for gaming at all.
Guys, try instant translate 4.1Dev, it works again. the author has changed the translation service. so, it should works now.

just wish we could translate to thai with it. doesn't come out right.
I hope this new version will work for a long time. At least where Google fails, Yandex works.
only problem I see is you can't translate to thai or Russian. I see people use the languages in stw all the time, but when you translate it, all I get is question marks unless I use ESpeak. and even when you use ESpeak, you're not getting the same symbols as they are written by people that actually speak the language. not sure how to solve this problem. its weird.

it might be. because the same happens with q translate too. I really need to find a way around this.
Hmm, this version, however, Doesn't support my language. 
where can I get the latest version of instant translate? I go to the official instant translate NVDA add-on website but when I click the download link it doesn't open up.
Click on development version. Don't use the the stable one.
