Bombercats
introduction
Do you consider yourself lucky? Do you have what it takes to find the nice kitty in a row of explosive meanie cats? Do you want to challenge your friends to see who can get the most points and send your scores online?
Here is bombercats, the game that will challenge your luck.
playing bombercats
Playing bombercats is simple. When you launch the game you will see a main menu just like most audio games. Find the start game option, and let's play!
The concept is simple. You start with 2 cats, and one of them explodes and the other does not. You have to choose the cat that you think will not explode, and press enter.
When you find the cat that does not explode, you get some points and the number of cats will then be 3. This goes on until you decide to save your score, or you press enter on an explosive cat. There is only one cat that does not explode at any given time.
You can, at any point, choose to save your score and go on to the next round. There are typically 3 rounds in a game, but there can be more if you manage to find the good cat in 7, 14, 21, etc. It is very hard to find the non explosive cat in 7, let me tell you. So the game usually consists of 3 rounds.
If a cat explodes, you will go to the next round and those points that you hadn't saved are lost. So it is often a good idea not to risk exploding a cat and saving your current score so that you can send in more points later, even though the scoring increases the more cats there are on the screen.
The scoring system is set up in a way that it will benefit you if there are more cats on the screen, but of course if the cat explodes you will not get anything.
scoring
• Find a cat: total cats on the screen multiplied by 2.
• explode a cat: lose all points except the ones that you haven't saved.
• find a cat in between 7, 14, 21... cats: number of cats multiplied by 7, and an extra round.
concluding
That's all folks, enjoy the game, and go bomb some cats! Any problems with my intentionally fake country accent/deeper voice, or if you are offended by exploding cats take your complaints to the recycle bin.
Enjoy!
