The trouble with the original link is that it is on Dropbox, so whenever it (or the developer's other games) gets a lot of downloads, the links get suspended for a while.

CAe is correct about Dropbox, I have however now fixed the links for Packman talks, the originals changed because Phil Vlasac updated the pcs games site.
