Appologies for this rather late announcement, ---- though thinking about it it's certainly better for the announcement to be late than the announcer! anyway, The Uk Audio network, makers of games like frustration, Combination and the symplistic sports sim Goalball one on oneHave unfortunately and very sadly decided as of April to stop producing games on Cd.

It's rather difficult to be overcome with sorrow about this though, sinse they've translated a couple of the games previously sold on Cd, into highly fun, completely free online versions!

One of these is Beat the clock, ---- a game which, rather than involving brutalizing clockwork with a large hammer, has you answering quick fire trivia questions in a limited time. the other is Jungle fever, a mixture of choose your own adventure type randomness, and trivia, in which various Jungle animals pop up with trivia questions on your trek through the deep dark Jungle, ----- and getting them wrong can often involve a quick and toothy end to your quest, --- especially when lions and crocodiles are involved.

to check out a way you can stil help the audio network financially, ---- even though their no longer selling games, choose the "store" option in the audio network's menue.

you can read about these games, ----- as well as all the others they offer on the brand spanking new and shiny Audio network game pageOr dive streight in by Visiting the audio network directly

One thing before you start though, the audio network uses Real audio files in it's online games, for which you'll either need Real player (see links on the audio network site), or something similar.

myself, i favour the real alternative of Real alternative, visit page here

Happy braining!

With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
