Hi guys,
Has anyone using malware bytes the latest version? if you use it, does it accessible for us the blind users?
Thanks.

I have version 2.2.0.1024 which appears to be the current version. I'm pretty sure there are somethings in the program's window JAWS isn't reading to me, but it reads enough that I can successfuly run it.

With other screen readers, your milage may vary.

Thanks for your reply Gene, I may have a look at it after reinstalling windows. because my windows has some issues at the moment.

Yeah, my install of Windows has some issues too, but none of them are show stoppers yet, so I'll hold off on reinstalling it.
Sheesh! You would think that after over 20 years, Microsoft would have learned how to write a stable operating system. Just look at Linux!

Nvda seems to work great with it, but do keep in mind it is a tad different from what some of you may be used to.
The main buttons home, scan, settings, support etc, are actually to be thought of as tabs. You can and should preferably use your arrow keys to flip through the various tabs you want. However you then have to activate said button if memory serves me correct.
Doing this opens the tab, and allows you to do whatever you want in it.
I've found malwarebytes to be considerably more useful, also.
Hope this helps.

It doesn't have a scan menu in the context menu.

Hmm. I didn't notice any tabs, maybe JAWS can't see them for some reason. Orr maybe I just missed them, I'll look for them the next time I use it.

Oh, wait, JAWS did see them, because it says Home at one point while tabbing through the controls. Usually JAWS will recognized a tab and tell of it. But if my memory is right, all it says is "Home", no mention that it's a tab.

Thanks for that.
