P.S.

I already tried using stereo mix and microphone playback, butthe other

person came in staticky and unclear and he heard me *reallly loud*. So if

that's what you were gonna say, use stereo mix, perhaps you know a way to

fix that problem...

Hi,

Which program are you recording with? I

always record everything in Adobe Audition, including the stereo mix. What

is important is that you need to set the recording device to your input

device within the recording application and then set the recording level in

Windows (not the playback level).

That should

work.

Yes, of course it is also possible with the free program Audacity.
Make

sure to set as record device your standard sound card that is used in

Windows for Skype ann select in the recording options of the Windows mixer

settings "stereo mix". Make sure the mute options for this output are off.

Personally, I'd screw all these programs and go with Total Recorder. I

record skype calls with it all the time. Screw Stareo Mix, too. if you wanna

hear a sample, go to:

I have a

podcast that's up there and has skype calls in it. Mine has static in there

but I edit that so it sounds that way personally but...

If it doesn't

work for you, just use goldwave or something. But if it does work for you,

goodbye stareo Mix!

Yes,

stereo mix is bad. But on total recorder how do you record your voice too?
