I recommend getting v 4, those screaming bee people improved the accessibility a lot! many graphical controls are, just, now, windows controls which, don't require so much jaws cursoring, and some functions, mostly the backgrounds feature are now accessible!
probably, some blind people tolled them about that, and in v4, it's fixed.
