Hi,
In Dc, I am playing intro level 1 act 1, and after a while i hear
this sound and if i keep going i hear an explosion and lose a life. What is
this?

a mine. you have to jump it. i had stuck with that too, because like in sl,
i jumped only a few steps, pressing right arrow repeatetly. but you can hold
it down.

but how do you know when to jump that is hard for me.

well just get close until it is almost in the center, just like the fans
cause there's no real clue when to actually jump. then hold down the up
artrow and the right arrow. this way you should get a bigger than enough
jump. actually its kinda flying because i nearly pass the bomb (not another
mine, but the siren sound) that is after it).

hi,
i have trouble at that point because of the enemies trying to kill me
from the left, sometimes i jump up and press right and must land right ontop
of the mine, haha
but it's great fun, the other day i got to intro level3
without dying, but kept on getting blown up

too, i got in intro level 1 act 3 but i can't jump that mine at the
beginning.

This
topic is kinda old I thought I would bring it back up. In level three It is
not a big mine it is a bunch of small mines. Each mine is about four steps
wide. An easier way to get through the level is to push the up arrow and
then the wright and hold them both down until you are at the end of the
level.
