dectalk scripter is an application developped by x-sight. it allows you to control dectalk easier using menues and dialogs instead of using a text file and typing appropaite commands. for example you could tell it to have a phoneme "aa" played at 23 pitch lasting 1000 mili seconds.
it also could slide up/down. to do this you would have to repeat a phonem many times manually, ds takes care of that.
it also had the speak43.exe demo app included.
there is a podcast on bct about it.
they used v 4.2 or 4.1, the newest is 4.3.
strangely some peoples found a trojan. there's no trojan there. x-sight was supposed to develop v 5.0 and they taken 4.3 down. that's why i ask for it.

it's a program that makes dt sing and do other stuff. It uses a GUI to help you write the demo file.
