We've got several highly unique developments to report on this grim and dysmal morning, indeed grim and dysmal though the weather and life in general might be, hopefully some good new things are around the corner.

First off there are monkeyss, three of them. Anyone who was hanging about our forums a couple of years ago might remember the proposed audio explorative Rpg, 3 monkeys in development by new British company Incus games. the game is planned as a full scale audio rpg, which has the player interact with a major full scale environment as they take on the role of Tobar who sets out on a quest to rid the world of Byzantia of a fatal curse. More information can be found on The Incus games website

The game is now nearing completion, and both to help promote the game as well as to provide extra support for it's development, Incus games have a campaign on Kickstarter, find the Kick starter page here  with a huge amount of media attention, and a revolutionary new concept this promises to be something very special, so generosity is definitely recommended.

Btw, If you were wondering "why monkeys" it refers to a concept of eastern philosophy, a statue of three monkeys covering their ears, eyes and mouth, with the idea "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" though  what exactly this has to do with the world of Byzantia is yet to be seen.

And just to proove that Kickstarter campaigns and long awaited promises do see results, Ticonblu, makers of the popular Inquisitor see index have come up with the first audio demo of their promised full action audio racing game, Audio rally racing. You can read about the game in This topic and request a first early demo to play Here with the full game promising huge numbers of different racing tracks, jumps and weather conditions, this again is definitely one to watch.

Happy gaming, both now and in the future.

With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
