Hi gang. Was just fooling around with the cool soft virtual midi synthe today, and trying out some different sound fonts to run along with morokuma's text games. Weird thing is... no matter which sound font I have loaded, the sound doesn't seem to change all that much. Maybe I'm misunderstanding... but isn't a sound font supposed to give the synthesizer you're using a different set of sounds? I'm currently fiddling between three different ones. The Fluid rgm sound font that bladestorm recommended in his guide, Crisis General midi 3.0 and timbres of Heaven, both of which are found under the coolsoft midi synthe page. If anyone has any ideas or tips, let me know. I'm curious to see what different sounds I can get from the same music tracks... and yes, cool soft virtual midi synthe is my default midi out device.

Never mind... I'm a dork! The game that I was trying, Momotaro's adventure, doesn't use midi files... forget I said anything! hahaha
