Danger city unfortunately wasn't ever finished, but you can download the playable beta demo version here http://robin24-server.dyndns.org/dangercity.zip
As for Tarzan Jr, unfortunately, Philip bennyfall who created the game is no longer selling or supporting it, there's therefore no legal way to get a copy I'm afraid.
