Mortal kombat? Need help kind of. lol Because my readme was all messed up. The readme and installer were both in spanish (don't ask me why) and then the game is in english?

Hi,
I need the english version, (english installer, readme, manual etc etc etc). Every thing is in spanish except the gamelol which is weird.
