ian humphries has done it again! another game staggers out of his developement lab and into line with all the rest of his blind gamer's series. this time, it's the noble and brain busting art of chess!

blind gamers chess challenge features a host of options and feedback keys to let you review the board, the ability to play against a computer or human, print your moves to a text file, have loads of spoken in put and even get the computer to give you hints. the game also comes with a document on how to play chess, and quite a few more extras as well. one thing it comes without though, is a price tag! that's right, it's perfectly free!

you can read more about the game, as well as all of ian's other offerings, by moving onto the blind gamers page

of course, as is ian's usual policy, you'll need to send him an E-mail on games at spoonbillsoftware.com.au with your request for bg chess challenge, and any other bg games you might like.

Happy Chessing!

With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
