Not sure what you're asking, just talk to us not using translate services because they suck. Even if your English isn't perfect, we're more likely to understand what you say if you just talk using words you know rather than a translation service that completely screws things up.

Basically what he means is that he found some program-building apps, and they are bad. He wants to learn developing stuff on anroid.

as far i know, xml is used to programme this things, will i've learned it from an other source not english language, so i can't help you
not shure though, maybe an other programing languages can help you with that

@oussamabengatrane, XML? Programming? Sorry, you've got it mixed up there. No, android uses the JVM for its apps. So if you want to write android apps, go learn Java and then I think they're now using Kotlin).

XML are used to describes interfaces, components and their properties. But the app behavior is programmed. In Java, usually, but you can find programs to write apps with other languages.
