I know how to cut, copy, paist and select and so on, and i also know how to make use of the effects.
I am just wondering what i should do. sorry for those of you who don't understand what i am saying.

The best way to start is figuring out which voice(s) you are going to use. For most people, Balabolka, at least for rendering files with SAPI 4 and SAPI 5 voices, and to an extent Microsoft Speech Platform voices, is good enough, though for some people you might want to use the DECtalk speak windows found on Jake's website. Either that, or use the Elocutor program, if you want to use Eloquence.
