Hi.

My lady has just upgraded to windows 10 and ofice 2016, and is having extreme trouble with ms outlook due to the shortcuts changing.

I did find a list of shortcut keys from the microsoft website but apparently they aren't working as advertised, and  as I've never used outlook I don't know how to help here.

Does anyone have any tips for using outlook 2016 and Nvda? or are there any tutorials available (I checked google but no luck so far).

personally I've hated outlook since the xp days, I've always found it a bloated mess with far too many functions and too much crap on screen to be an efficient email program (and ribbons haven't helped), but sadly all of my lady's past emails and contacts are saved to work with outlook so  she's somewhat stuck with it.

Any help much appreciated.
