At college we briefly looked at such things for "Human computer interaction". They were aimed at people unable to use a mouse or keyboard due to physical disability, and were ridiculously expensive as almost all specialist technology is.

Also since audio games don't often use the mouse their usefulness would be somewhat limited I'm afraid, especially since a mouse style cursor is just about never used and most likely would be impractical.

I do not know if this can be useful,
there is a software called www.camspace.com.

The final version will be free.
It is possible to use a webcam for input.
You can use anything in your hand as controller.

Maybe this is useful ?

At the moment the do not have a voicing menu,
and I do not know it a screenreader can help.

To make emulation is also very hard.

Do you know if this program can be used with a screenreader ?

I do not have any experience with screenreaders.

The entire purpose of a screen reader tends to be to remove the requirement for mice. There was one program I ever tried that used a mouse for accessing Windows for the totally blind, called "four blind mice" and it just flat out didn't work.

A mouse is by its nature designed for graphical input, while it can have other uses such as Rail Racer it's more difficult where there is no reference point for the controller. How do you centre a webcam based gesture tracking system for example?

I do not know, who to centre something.

Note to avoid confusion, by "centre" I mean return the control to the centre. Rail Racer gets around this by automatically ignoring input when not in a turn and centreing when you start a new one, but for something where you have continual input you need to be able to both return to the centre and be able to work out where you are in relation to it. For example a joystick is extremely good for this, since you can easily return it to the centre by releasing pressure on it and you can tell where the centre is without needing a visual reference.
