Trig, how to work with vectors. The rest depends on the level of complexity you're aiming for. If you're just dealing with axis-aligned boxes, you're probably ok with that much.
You might want to brush up on kinematics as well. v' = v0+a×t, dx = v0t+1/2a×t^2, that sort of thing.
