Hi. I tried to install it but when I open the app, it appears an edit box without buttons and things. It looks like an inaccessible app.

since this is about a game I will move this to general game discussion.
Unfortunately, as Bogdan says, there are many games for ios that are created with graphics and no text or controls that Vo can use meaning they're utterly inaccessible, I have a nasty suspicion this might be one of them.
