The only way I've found that works is this: get an egg, put in a gameshark code that changes the egg into Unown, hatch the egg.

If there are only ways to get an Unown through cheats, is sad. But if there is no other option/alternative, then... accept it.

Meh... I was never gonna use an unknown anyway, so I don't mind too much.  I love this game so much.
