Hi all,
So I've been playing with various distros of Linux, mainly Sonar Linux mate edition, Ubuntu and Ubuntu Mate. The only problem with Team Talk, is that there is no accessibility on Ubuntu Mate. Can anyone help with this? Thanks!

Hi.
Are you talking about the server or the client? If you're talking about the client, then I'm afraid the only choice is to contact the developer. He is not that much open minded regarding to accessibility, only on IOS and Windows. I have given up on talking to him...

Best regards SLJ.

The UI is accessible in my experience if you launch the extracted program from terminal. Enough that I could select USB soundcard and connect to a server:  I don't know your purposes but hope this helps.
