I have vmware 9 but this is not accesible.

I didn't even know version 9 was still compatible with 32 bit systems. I thought they dropped support before that, in version 7 or 8 or so. In my experience, it was always required to use object nav, or whatever your screen reader of choice's equivalent is, to navigate around the program, to create VM's and to customize their settings, even in version 7 when I started using the program. So I didn't even know there was a more accessible version floating around. In any case, I'm using 64 bit Windows now, so for me the latest version suffices.
