Hay everyone, sorry I'm in and out of touch so much. I am still working on my port of Yugioh. I am making slow progress, I only have 99 cards still to program. I have most of the functions for attacking and summoning finished. I'll let you all know when I have made more progress.
Hay everyone. I just wanted to let you all know I am making slow progress through all the effect monsters for this Yu-gi-oh game. I am very sorry it is taking this long to complete. I promise I will finish this game and get it out to you all. One thing I have discovered with this process is that I will not be able to add any cards that are not in the game I am porting. The reason is that the way I found I had to code this game requires me to imbed more cards then I thought I would have to into functions like the summon, and attack function. so I have no plans to add any cards from gx or 5ds. That's fair. The singleplayer experience should still be fun for me. Glad to know this is still being worked on!
Hay everyone, I just wanted to let you all know, that I am taking a short break rfrom coding the yu-gi-oh cards. I have started coding the dueling phases, so that I will be able to code some of the cards I have been ignoring. Hopefully this will help me finish this part of yugioh mutch faster. Thanks for all your patients during this project.
Hay everyone, time for an update. I have now finished more of the cards in this yu-gi-oh game. I only have 51 mor cards to code. I have also finished coding the player's standby phase. I think I have finished the attack phase as well, but I will need to check on that later. The main phase is finished for a human player, but I need to decide how to code a computer players ai for that phase. I will keep you all up to date on my progress as I continue to work. Thanks all.
Hey nina, don't tell me you forgot about this project. I love the currently existing Yugioh MUD but I'd love to see this project completed.

Hay everyone, just a quick update. I am now down to 38 cards left to code, but these seem to be the hardest to program. I am however making progress. I'll talk to you all again when I have more to report. Thanks.

Hay everyone, I have another update. I spent today coding even more of the cards, and I am now left with only 13 cards to program. I think I will be finished with the cards by this weekend, and then I can start on coding the duelists you face in the game.
Hay everyone, a milestone has been reached. I just finished coding the last card for this game. Now the only hard part left to code is the computer's ai. I'm going to take a few days off of coding this, and kick some ideas around, but I will be back on this game by Friday. Look alive people, the end is in sight.

Caio: at this time the game has 803 different cards abailble to play. To every one: when I hammer out the computer's ai code I will be uploading an demo that will allow you to build a deck, and play a duel against the computer. This will allow all of you to help me find bugs in the dueling system, and will allow me to focus on the duelists, the game modes, and a few surprises I have in store. Talk to you all soon.
hay everyone I have some news. I have now completed the code for a computer apponent, and now I am debugging the game. This might take a while, for I am a little slow at figuring out how to fix some of the bugs I am already finding. I'll let you all know when I have a version for you all to test. Hay everyone, it is finally time to test. Yes after almost a year of coding, I now have a duel system that needs to be tested. you can download the zip file at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s8drqee3qrgn0 … h.rar?dl=0 .There are no restrictions on what cards you can have in your dek, or how many copys of any card can be in your deck. The only restrictions are that you must have at least 40 cards, and you may not have more than 60 cards. This version does not have multiplayer functionality, so you are limited to playing against the computer, and you must build both your, and your apponent's decks. Please post in this topic if any cards are not acting the way the description says it is subpost to. I will fix any bugs with the cards at once, and reupload the demo so we all can check for any more bugs. In the mean time I am going to start work on the rest of the game. I will drop in from time to time to let you know my progress. Happy dueling.

flame_elchemist: in the game Yu-gi-oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul (the game this is ported from) the god cards were not playable, they could oly be collected. Since this is a test of the playable cards, I did not add them.
