Okay, I'm a little confused by what an "English to English" dictionary is exactly. Now if you said something like "English to French" I would know what you mean, but English to English?

If you don't need it portable you can use www.dictionary.com or www.wiktionary.com

Hope one of these is helpful.

For a translator use babelfish just google it it's the first result down. that's for translating between languages though, hyperdictionary is good and someone told me of brainydictionary.com but i dont even know if that's a real website
