There was already a topic about this here 7 months ago. You can get the package from Jake's website. It installs both a SAPI4 and SAPI5 version of Eloquence. version 6.1. Here is the original topic, with link and all.

if i remember right that sapi5 eloquence crashes a lot.

Yes, that is correct. It does crash when used with a screen reader, but with games, at least on my system, it works.
