I would like to inform You, that app locale is out. I tried to download it, but there is warning, that this website can't be found. Please, can You find another app locale to download?

Here is the AppLocale I installed on my Windows 7 64 bit.
I also recommend Locale Emulator which works just as well on my Windows 7, but also works on Windows 10, unlike AppLocale.
Both links were taken from the user manual for JGT

The Locale Emulator website I linked to gives instructions for installing and using it.
You can also listen to this mp3 showing me start GroundWar1 using Locale Emulator.
