hi there.
Don't tire yourself, You won't find any free Arabic synth.
The only arabic synth which I know of is made by acapela group.

I use vocalizer expressive's Tariq myself,  but the major party of the Arab community uses the Acapela voices, which I personally don't love so much big_smile. The only problem is there's no Arabic voice, and I repeet it as an Arab blind, no Arabic voice is legally available for free, except on Apple devices.

Hi,
the least expensive option I can think of is you can try them with voice dream reader for ios devices.
But you can only read stuff with them like books, novels etc etc ETC, because that's the main functionality of voice dream reader after all.
You can't use them in voice over but you still can read documents with them.
Better than nothing, I'd say.
Each voice costs $4.99 if I remember correctly.
But if you do have an android device you can download the acpilla text to speach app, and buy the voices from there,
the good news is that in android, you can use them with talk back or any other screen reader I think.

@harrylst we can talk via E-mail or Skype if you want (you can see both on the forums). In short, the less expensive 2 options are the following:
1- nextup is selling each Acapella voice for $35, so you can buy one of them at this price.
2- If you wanna get high quality voices for NVDA in over 50 languages, you can purchase a vocalizer license for $115.
