Hi all,

I've been curious as to what microphones are out there ranging in purpose from leisure (such as Skype or any application using an external microphone) to producing quality-sounding recordings, whether it's basic speech or vocal performance.

I've been looking at the Snowball, and also the Yeti.  I'm not sure what I'm really doing as far as looking for certain options.  I'm planning to invest in both sides of the spectrum, where I want to record a choir as part of participating in my old high school choir.  Additionally, I'm working with a group of five, where I will need a dual pair of mics.

Any recommendations for either of these two qualifications would be great.  Any insight to the Snowball and Yeti would be awesome as well.
