I can think of more than one Dev who started with a fairly symple project and is now creating much more complex and interesting games. As has been said, there's nothing wrong with starting small and going from there.
Abc, while it's quite legitimate (and can be extremely helpful), to cryticisea developer, hurling random abuse is not going to get anyone anywhere, either in terms of constructive action to creating new games, or dealing with any bugs or other problems your having with the old ones. If Guess the voice has indeed caused problems on your machine, the person who programmed the game is probably in the best position to give you advice, thus flaming him is doubly futile.
I also fail to see why the use of sapi or dialogue boxes in a game is automatically a bad thing as yur post implies (would you say the same of Lone wolf?). Please remember Abc, that even on a net forum, and even when cryticising something, politeness is always a good idea.
ryan, obviously your annoyed, but I suggest you simply move on to the next project, sinse no actual cryticism has been made of your game.
With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
