hi,
sorry for the long time it took for someone to reply lol
but, i can't
connect. i tried assault.gamehost.org, port 3017, but i got an error
message.
is this correct?

see what you mean, i can connect now, but nothing happens. i tried to type
in help or some other commands but they did not work. so how do you actually
start it?

the assault web site's about us link. It tells you what assault is, and how
to connect.
I noticed in particular that this mud is pure PK, no fighting
mobs.

Well,
i gave up.
I created a char, built some buildings, but after that i began
to run in every direction for an ocean, to create this shipyard.
Now, im
totally lost my way, i dont know where is my base.
Can i return somehow to
my headquarters?
Or can you give me (and for the others of course) further
instructions please?

Hi,
After you have created a char, type "config blind." Without
the quotes or the period. Then type prompt. Now, type pit. or paint. Wait 60
seconds, then type pit or paint again. Depending on which one you typed
first. You should be back at your headquarters.

still keeps timing out on me. I've tried with GMud and HyperTerminal. Odd
because they work fine with AA.
Am I doing something wrong?
