yeah, that's it! can you guys tell me all the games playable with talkback?

Chandu, there are several accessible games for android.
The following are some good games for android:
- text fiction, an accessible  z-code interpreter;
- golf, minesweeper and zaradnik from bfg;
- star traders rpg;
- if you really love interactive fiction, son of hunkey punk can play both z-code and TADS 2/3 games (be sure to switch to paragraph granularity to read the incoming text);
And
- if you're on a tablet, VGZ sea battle is boatloads of fun.
Hope this helps.

I don't have an Android device myself, indeed I will admit I went with Ios primarily for the availability of games. All the android games I know are:

Stem stumper.
Star traders rpg (buy the elite version for loads more extra content).
Droid flip from dragonaps.
All the accessible android games from vipgameszone, like mortalmaze and Crazy Tenis.

And the choiceofgames and hosted games titles.

Hth.

audio archery of l-works, crazy bat of dragon apps, audio ping ponk of steve-audio productions, mem of charles l. chen, blind-droid minesweeper in Russian language

Thumbs up

thank you all! smile I wish there were a comprihencive list of both android and IOS games.

Thumbs up

For Ios at least it is possible to  search the aps on applevis by category games, which  will certainly do the trick.

Unfortunately the same isn't true for Android, but then there seem to be far fewer android games available generally.

Thumbs up

hi,
is papa sangre only for ios?
are there any other games equivalent to papa sangre, because by listening to some recordings, the game sounds like something really worth playing

regards

Thumbs up

Hi,
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an equivalent to Papa Sangre on Android, I don't know if the up and coming Blind Legend will be iOS only or if it'll also be on Android too, but that will be a hack and slasha dventure game with binaural audio.

Thumbs up

Hmm, it seems like Android has almost no games.
I found something called audio ping pong but can't figure out how to play it.
I also found some lockpick game but apparently you have to have a phone to play it since it requires a vibration motor.
As for iOS, I don't think we have a whole lot of games or at least games that I'm interested in.
IOS seems to have a lot of gamebooks and word games etc that don't really hold my interest.
I've only been able to find a select few accessible games on iOS.
Then again, I havn't really tried the inquisitor games since I think those are kind of boring.
Anyway, this is getting off topic so I'll stop.

An accessible main stream game, is called "Quiz Up," which is quite nice.

Yes, Android games for the blind, just do not exist right now.
Code name Sickness, is coming! But that's  all I can say.

Thumbs up

Yes, I could not get pingpong to work either.

Thumbs up

hi, if you like word games you should try spell stack, from anance production.
And also grail to the thief will be coming soon to mobile platforms, including android devices.

Thumbs up

Also all the gamebooks from delight games are accessible on android as well as the text adventures of better.apps. And freq is accessible as well. And than, there's dice world and blindscape and rockets and pump kins.

Thumbs up

Choice of games is not accessible on android.

Thumbs up

the blind legent? is it available as of now?

Thumbs up

no I think it isn't available.

Thumbs up

personally, I wish they can do audio defense for android, I'd be willing to pay for that. Here's the games I know to be accessible.
Audio archery by l-works
audiospeed by audiogame.it($20, a bit difficult in my opinion, sort of playable, but I always keep smashing into the track and losing, unless I'm doing something wrong)
blindscape by Gavin Brown
crazy bat by Dragon Apps
droid flip by Dragon Apps
Hackex(all you have to do is remember the icon order), no labels, but it's playable
Random Adventure
Rockets and Pumpkins(torture, I can't get it right unless I'm doing something wrong)
Spell Stack by Anance Productions
Stem Stumper by Anance Productions
Tap beats by the University of Washington (you have to sideload this one)
Trivia Crack
VGZ Mortal Maze by vipgameszone
VGZ Sea Battle by vipgameszone
VGZ Smart Tennis by vipgameszone
From what I've heard, star traders, pirates and traders, and cyber knights are accessible
The choice of games and other text-based ones work, but you need to install the webview component or have android 5.0 or higher.
also, you can use the ffproject.com fighting fantacy and other browser games with either chrome or firefox. Hope this helps all my fellow droid fans out there.

Interesting!

I am running Android 4.2.1 on my Sero 7 Pro, and Choice Of Games Titles have  not gave me any  problems.

Although, I myself prefer "Delight Games" over "Choice Of Games" when it comes to adventures:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deve … &hl=en

I am however running the latest Talkback beta, which helps out.

Thumbs up

Funnily enough, the delight games do not work on ios, sinse they use this really weerd swipe left system for selecting choices and clicking books that didn't work with vo at all, only the first "wizard's choice" worked, and that because it's written in choice script. I mailed the devs but nada.

Also however note there is the recently release jump in saus rs. from audazle which is a full on audiogame. There is apparently going to be an Ios version in the future which I'm waiting for, but it's now on the google play store and can be played on Android.

There is also another audio game called World In Shadows. It's quite incomplete, but it's a first person exploration kind of game. It's not all too interesting, but you could kill about half an hour with it.

Hi everyone,

Another game is one I've developed, called RapiTap!  It's a heart pounding, casual, reaction based game which is heaps of fun and playable by anyone.  It works with Talkback, as well as low vision, learning, physical and hearing disabilities, and it requires no permissions.  There is a free lite version and a full paid version with extra features. The link is to the free version:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta … apitapfree

I welcome any feedback and hope that you enjoy the game as much as I and others do!

Kind regards

Quentin (22 Point)
