sounds like a pretty awsum blast from the past. the default voice sounds like waid from the older versions of eloquence, while the rest sound like the voices from old versions of dolphin orphius.

How do I run the addon I see the synthdrivers folder do I just copy the folder to my addons folder?

it might be a good idea to update your NVDA. just hit enter on the addon while NVDA is running. it will ask you if you want to install the addon. hit yes. then wait a few seconds. it will tell you to restart NVDA. hit yes and NVDA will restart. next time you go in to the synthesisers dialog in NVDA, speech player will be there.

It is a compressed zip not a nvda addon unless I have to change the extention to .nvda
But I am not really sure on how to do this

I noticed the voices may actually be closer to the voice in nokia's tts engine.

I like to use this one a lot though. Even it is sound worst indeed, but it is very responsible.

This is a beta speech synthesizer being written by the NVDA developers. They hope to make a responsive synthesizer that is better than eSpeak. They are currently in the early stages.

It's responsive, but they do need to make it easier to understand.
So far I like how customisable it is, but it still needs work, which is why it's a beta.
