Does anyone know how I use the slingshot in Tj? I thought it was just the spacebar but apparently that's the spear.

it seems to be lost in the documentation. to switch between slingshot and spear, press w. to check ammo for your slingshot have it selected and press A.

Indeed, that's not discussed in the documentation. Strange, it's a nice weapon, even though I've never made (extensive) use of it.
And Arjan, why are you up so early? It's Sunday man!

i often use the slingshot only on monkeys and torgans on level 5, mainly because the slingshot kills both using only one rock.
i don't use it on level1, as the time it takes to hit an enemy means i lose one hp before they die.

yup that's right, it's more useful in level 5 to get rid of a handful of enemies without being ambushed by even more.

Hi vlsek, I'm afraid I'm your typical English person, and don't speak anyone else's languageapart from a litle bit of Spanish I learned in school, ----- and even with a couple of Spanish friends of mine, their english is about ten thousand times better than my spanish so I never get to practice.
to put in my ore as regards Tarzan Jr, I also had to ask about using the slingshot, it's a shame that's not made clear in the documentation, but oh well, someone might do a podcast about it (evil grin!).
I generally find myself that the gun and spear are both faster than the slingshot, so never bother with it accept for one level, honey hunt! easily my most hated level in the game (though the boss is fun), imho another side scrolling stage would've been much more fun.
